Charlie Morton goes against Bronson Arroyo at 12:35 today as the Bucs look for their fourth win in the last 26 games. This team is bad, but we knew this was a possibility when all the trades were made. It changes nothing about the long-term outlook of the franchise. Remember, 70 wins isn't functionally better than 60 wins; it just feels that way.
